I will set up Computerized Data Base System- Mrs. Comfort Mildred Amofah Tells Delegates

The much anticipated women organizer hopeful for Weija-Gbawe Constituency, Mrs. Comfort Mildred Amofah, affectionately called by many as Nana Ama has hinted that she will set up acomputerized data base system to keep accurate and reliable data on women in Weija-Gbawe Constituency. She revealed this to hardpointonline.com in an exclusive interview.

According to her, there need to set up a computerized data base system stems from the fact that, there is no reliable or accurate data on women in Weija-Gbawe Constituency. The ever charming said she has so much in stock for the women’s wing in Weija-Gbawe Constituency.

She stated that, plans are far advanced to procure exclusive data base management software which will be used to pilot the project to establish a comprehensive data bank which will be relied upon at all times. “The computerized data base when fully actualized will be first of its kind in the constituency.

The visionary personality underscored the entire process and importance of the computerized data base system and said the system when introduced and implemented in the constituency mentioned, will be used to increase women’s participated in the 2020 elections. She said the participation of women in the 2016 campaign and elections in Weija-Gbawe Constituency cannot be overemphasized, but was quick to place on place the praise at the door step of then Parliamentary Candidate, Miss. Tina Naa Ayeley Mensah, and now Member of Parliament for the constituency.

When asked what is special about the computerized data base system she intend to set up, she was quick to state that, the system which will be used to collate data on the name, age, occupation, skills among others of women, which will be processed as vital information to be interpreted and used to make informed decisions in the women front. “Women play vital role during campaign; when they are coordinated well through the computerized data system, they will be able to campaign effectively”, she remarked.

She also said the new computerized data system will be programmed in such a way that, it will serve a bigger interest in term of job creation. The system can identify women who will really work to support a worthy course of the party for them to be rewarded.

Mrs. Comfort Mildred Amofah joined the constituency 2008 and has risen through the ranks of the party in the constituency. She is currently the polling station chairperson for Blessed Generation. She has held various positions in the women front in and out of the constituency. She played active role as polling agents in the name of the party in the 2016 elections.
