The Member of Parliament, Hon. Tina Naa Ayeley Mensah today Tuesday 15th January, 2019 led a ceremony to cut sod for the construction of a 2.5 km stretch of road in Agape Gonse, adeprived community in Weija-Gbawe Constituency.
The road which is set for construction is in fulfillment of a campaign promise made prior o the 2016 elections by the illustrious MP who doubles as Deputy Health Minister to the good people leaving in Agape Gonse Community.
The law maker was flanked by the Hon. Patrick Kumor, the indefatigable MCE for Weija-Gbawe Municipality to the cut sod for the commencement of the project.
The road project is one of several projects in series, the MP has cut sod for construction in just few weeks.
On Monday 14th January, 2019, the same MP joined the MCE to cut sod for the construction of a 800 meter drains at New Gbawe.
The MP together with the MCE has cut sod for the construction of a 2.5km road at Topbase and a mother for Dzaman totalling 5km is set for completion in 24 months.
the VRA lafa bridge is also set for construction starting in few weeks to come. This when completed will bring a great relief to the people in the said area.
